  • We offer an exchange policy within\u00a07 days<\/strong>\u00a0of the date the order was delivered.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  • Requests made after the 7-day window will not be entertained under any circumstances.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
  • This policy applies only to domestic orders within Pakistan. International orders are handled under specialized terms (see Section 7).<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    2. ELIGIBILITY FOR EXCHANGE<\/div>\n
    To qualify for an exchange, the item must meet the following “Pristine Condition” standards:<\/div>\n

    • Unworn & Unwashed:<\/strong>\u00a0The garment must not show any signs of wear, stains, sweat marks, or fragrance (perfume\/detergent).<\/span><\/li>\n \t
    • Tags Intact:<\/strong>\u00a0All original KB brand tags, price labels, and security seals must remain attached in their original position.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
    • Original Packaging:<\/strong>\u00a0The item must be returned in its original KB packaging and shipping box.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
    • Proof of Purchase:<\/strong>\u00a0A digital or physical copy of the original invoice must be presented.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      3. NON-EXCHANGEABLE & NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS<\/div>\n
      The following items are considered\u00a0Final Sale<\/strong>\u00a0and cannot be exchanged or returned:<\/div>\n

      • Customized\/Bespoke Orders:<\/strong>\u00a0Any garment tailored to specific measurements provided by the customer.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
      • Sale Items:<\/strong>\u00a0Any product purchased during a flash sale, seasonal clearance, or using a discount code.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
      • Accessories:<\/strong>\u00a0Including but not limited to jewelry, scarves, and handbags, for hygiene reasons.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
      • White\/Ivory Articles:<\/strong>\u00a0Due to the delicate nature of light-colored fabrics, these are not eligible for exchange unless a manufacturing defect is proven.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

        4. DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS<\/div>\n
        If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped (wrong size\/color by KB\u2019s error):<\/div>\n

        • Notification:<\/strong>\u00a0You must notify us within\u00a024 hours<\/strong>\u00a0of delivery via WhatsApp at\u00a003170089700\u00a0with clear photos and a video of the defect.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
        • Resolution:<\/strong>\u00a0Once the defect is verified, we will arrange a reverse pickup at our expense and provide a replacement of the same article (subject to availability). If the article is out of stock, a full refund or store credit will be issued.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

          5. EXCHANGE PROCESS (CHANGE OF MIND\/SIZE)<\/div>\n
          If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or article:<\/div>\n

          1. Initiation:<\/strong>\u00a0Contact our Customer Experience team at\u00a003170089700<\/strong>\u00a0or visit our boutique at\u00a0MM Alam Rd, Block T Gulberg 2, Lahore<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
          2. Dispatch:<\/strong>\u00a0You are responsible for shipping the item back to our Lahore warehouse using a traceable courier service.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
          3. Inspection:<\/strong>\u00a0Upon receiving the return, our quality control team will inspect the item within 48 hours.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
          4. Issuance:<\/strong>\u00a0If approved, we will ship the replacement. A standard shipping fee of PKR [Insert Amount] will apply for the second delivery.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            6. REFUND POLICY<\/div>\n

            • Cash Refunds:<\/strong>\u00a0KB maintains a\u00a0No Cash Refund<\/strong>\u00a0policy for “change of mind” or size issues.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
            • Store Credit:<\/strong>\u00a0In instances where a replacement is unavailable for a defective item, we will issue Store Credit valid for\u00a06 months<\/strong>, which can be used at\u00a0kainatbabar.com.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
            • Processing Time:<\/strong>\u00a0Approved refunds (in exceptional cases) are processed via Bank Transfer or the original payment method (JazzCash\/EasyPaisa\/Credit Card) within\u00a07 to 10 working days<\/strong>.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

              7. INTERNATIONAL RETURNS<\/div>\n

              • Due to high logistics costs and customs complexities, we\u00a0do not<\/strong>\u00a0offer returns or exchanges on international orders unless the item is proven defective upon arrival.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
              • If a defect is found, KB will provide a digital coupon for the value of the item; however, the original shipping charges and any customs duties paid are non-refundable.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                8. ORDER CANCELLATION<\/div>\n

                • You may cancel your order within\u00a012 hours<\/strong>\u00a0of placement.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
                • Once an order has been processed or dispatched from our Gulberg studio, it cannot be canceled.<\/span><\/li>\n \t
                • KB reserves the right to cancel orders for reasons including but not limited to: out-of-stock items, pricing errors, or failure to verify a Cash on Delivery (COD) order via phone\/WhatsApp.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

                  9. ABUSE OF POLICY<\/div>\n
                  KB reserves the right to refuse service or exchanges to customers who show a pattern of “wardrobing” (buying, wearing, and returning) or excessive returns. We monitor return frequency to ensure the fairness of our system for all clients.<\/div>\n
